This helps in creating and honing student skills into core competencies. Further, it assists in reducing the lead time in adjusting to difficult corporate circumstances at the time of joining Industry jobs .Students who have undergone this training in the past are already working successfully working as ‘STAR PERFORMERS’ in large companies such as TCS, DLF, Kotak Bank, Satyam etc and competing on level playing field with students from TOP 25 Indian B-schools.
Linking Theoretical management concepts into balance sheet linkages and becoming a strategic thinker in Marketing, Finance, HR, Production & Operations Management, SCM etc. is one of the goals of this special programme. Solving current economic, business problems alongwith faculty and handling challenges posed by competition is another priority.
